November 2 street date. Cache Cache presents a reissue of the 1981 album 70% Paranoid by 48 Chairs. Combining the talents of Gerry And The Holograms with the free jazz Brit-skronk of Lol Coxhill and gelled together with vocals by female punk one-timer Fran Kershner, 48 Chairs are still often referred to as one of Manchester's best-kept secrets. 70% Paranoid bridges the micro-niches of electronic jazz and punk jazz from a band formed at an axis where DIY and new wave hadn't quite collided, with sprinklings of post-punk female vocals worthy of PragVEC and Suburban Lawns. Features previously unreleased tracks recorded during the original album studio sessions.
February 19 street date. Considered by many fans to be one of their finest concerts, the La Reina show is a significant reminder of the band's embryonic fire and depth. Promoting their debut album Facelift and on the cusp of a new musical phenomenon, this is the legendary Alice In Chains.
March 19 street date. In 2005, Alice In Chains reformed with new vocalist William DuVall. The following year they toured across the US and in Europe, and on 2nd June 2006 they performed at the Rock AM Festival in Nürburg, Germany, putting on a sterling performance, leaving audiences screaming for more! This limited-edition LP includes the entire extraordinary show for the first time on vinyl.
September 1 street date. This deluxe LP release contains two complete Alice In Chains shows, one apiece from the tours supporting the group’s first and second records, often considered two of the most important albums in modern American alternative rock. The first is taken from a performance at The La Reina Sheraton Hotel in L.A. on 15th September 1990, shortly after the release of Facelift, while the second was captured at The Hollywood Palladium on 15th December 1992, hot on the heels of their Dirt album. Broadcast over local FM radio at the highest possible audio quality, and featuring such classics as ‘Man In The Box’, ‘Sea Of Sorrow’, ‘We Die Young’ and ‘Would?’, this collection will not only be a welcome addition for the Alice In Chains faithful, but equally a fascinating insight into the golden years of the grunge movement itself.
